Ms. Sultana Siddiqui
Ms Sultana Siddiqui the President of Hum Network Ltd. Ms. Sultana Siddiqui started her career as a producer for Pakistan Television, Karachi Studios in 1974 and founded HUM TV Network (one of the top 25 Companies acknowledged by the Karachi Stock Exchange in 2010) in 2005. Since then, she has been credited as the first woman of South Asia to establish a television station and is the recipient of many National and International Awards. Under her supervision, HUM TV’s Serials received numerous awards for Dramas by Pakistan’s prestigious Lux Awards, four years in a row.

Ms. Siddiqui has produced countless programmes for youth and adult audiences alike. Her work has covered children’s programming, musical performances, telefilm, serials, and social and professional documentaries. These productions won her the Best Producer of a Drama Serial (‘Marvi’), Best Producer of a music production (PTV), the Silver Jubilee Award (PTV), the Hazrat Khadijat ulKubra Award, Women of Vision Award, Nigar Award, Gold Medal, Sindh Graduates Association Award and Pride of Performance Award.

Ms. Siddiqui’s forte and personal passion has always been dedicated to bringing public awareness to social issues, such as female empowerment, and the importance of promoting education. Her emphasis on these topics have in turn, created a more positive global image of Pakistan. She has also represented Pakistan in various workshops and seminars abroad and has worked with reputable NGOs to solve women’s issues.

In 1996, Ms. Siddiqui founded a Production House under the name of “Moomal Productions.” Since its establishment, the company’s plays have received numerous awards. In 2004, she created “Eye Television Network Ltd” now (HUM Network Ltd) as Chairman and President which spawned three successful Satellite Channels: HUMTV, Masala TV and HUM 2. In recognition of her outstanding services in the field of Art (TV Production) the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan conferred the President Award of “Pride of Performance” to her in 2008.

Mr Duraid Qureshi
Mr. Duraid Qureshi is the CEO and founder of Hum Network Ltd. He started his career in Treasury trading and after completing MBA he joined Al Abbas sugar mills Ltd.
In 2001 he joined as a CEO of Moomal Productions and turned it into the largest production house in the country. In 2004 he founded Hum Network (formerly Eye Television Network Ltd), launched Hum TV in Dec 2004. Hum Network has 4 channels operating in entertainment genre Hum TV (GEC) Masala Tv(24 food Channel), HUMSITARAY & Style 360)(entertainment and style). In recognition of his dedicated and outstanding services in the field of Media the KSE(The Karachi stock Exchange(Guarantee) Limited and Mass Human Resource, presented the “Best CEO Awards in media sector” to him in 2012.

HUM TV today is a household name and the most successful TV Network in the country. HUM TV is being viewed by South Asian communities in USA, Canada, UK & the Middle East. Hum Network has established subsidiaries in the US as well as UK.
Duraid has also had passion for the Publications Business and has launched successful Magazines including GLAM & Masala Food Magazine. He intends to further enhance the Publications business in the near future.

Mr. Ather Viqar Azeem:
Mr. Ather Viqar Azeem is a highly respected name in the media circle of Pakistan. Before becoming an integral part of HUM Network Limited as Senior Vice President, he served an extensive tenure at PTV in various key designations.
At PTV, his services for Current Affairs and Sports have been extremely significant. He has to his credit a total of 7 PTV Awards for his work in a range of domains. His far-reaching experience has always been a guiding light for HNL where his valuable input in key strategic decisions is indispensable.

Mr Arif Hussain:
Mr Arif is the Chief Operating Officer of Hum Network Ltd. He has 17 years of experience in country’s media industry. Arif Hussain has taken up many leading roles in the country’s most well known media organizations and has also been fortunate to have gained experience in Media Buying/ Planning as well as the other side of the spectrum i.e Business Development/ Marketing.
Mr Arif joined HUM Network as Chief Commercial Officer on November 1, 2010 where he was given the responsibility of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Research, PR and Publications. Mr Arif was promoted to Chief Operating Officer on January 02, 2014. Currently he is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Distribution and Administration function for the network.

Mr. Hassan Jawed:
Hassan Jawed is currently the Chief Strategy Officer & Head of HR at HUM Network Limited. He brings with him over 14 years of extensive experience of supply & distribution management, project feasibility planning, business planning, project development, business analysis and management reporting. at Chevron Pakistan Limited a subsidiary of Chevron Corporation USA which is ranked amongst the top 3 Global Energy Companies . He is a Chevron Certified Project Development and Execution Facilitator having facilitated development of large scale projects in Pakistan, Middle East & East Africa.
At HUM Network Limited, he has led the initiative of developing the company’s Strategic Plan for the next 3 years which included SWOT analysis of the key functions; review of the relevant markets, customers and of competitors and development generic strategies for the company. In addition, he has led the launch of the Digital Media SBU within HNL. In a short span of 18 months Digital Media has established itself as a self sustaining SBU with significant growth over the last year.

Mr. Abbas Hussain:
Mr. Muhammad Abbas Hussain is the currently the Chief Financial Officer. He had worked with the Company for more than 8 years and is capable of handling all the financial matters of the Company. During his tenure at finance department he has proved his worth in all fields of finance especially financial reporting, operations, taxation, drafting and financial analysis. He is well acquainted with Company environment and has over the years advised the management on different key financial matters.

Mr. Badar Ikram
Mr. Badar Ikram joined HUM Network in August 2014 as Senior Vice President and is heading HUM FILMS division. He has over 15 years of extensive experience working in electronic media focusing on Television and Film. He specializes in business development strategies and is recognized for setting up product development, content management and production management functions with Geo TV.
After completing his MBA from IBA Karachi, Mr. Badar started his career in 1998 from Talent Factory Pakistan. In the next 3 years he gained experience in media marketing, sales, planning, and buying working for multinational clients like Colgate-Palmolive, Mcdonalds, American Tobacco and Dabur Vatika. In January 2002, he moved to Geo TV Network as a Manager Strategic Planning, where he worked for over 10 years in various positions finally leaving as Managing Director Entertainment. In April 2013, he founded Miraqsm Media (Pvt.) Ltd a content solution provider for various local media ventures before becoming part of the HUM TV Network. He has successfully completed MMP certificate from The New School University NYC in 2006 and is currently pursuing his EMBA degree from Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, USA.

Ms. Maimona Siddiqui
Maimona Siddiqui is currently working in the capacity of Vice President Programming – HUM TV at HNL. She has over 21 years of experience in production and started her career with Network Television Marketing (Pvt) in May 1993.
To her credit, she has production of over 6,000 minutes of programming which includes drama serials, sitcoms, special day plays, talk shows, special prime time shows, music shows, fashion and style shows. She has developed brand based concepts for niche programming for various clients. She has also designed different marketing plans and advertising strategies for HUM TV’s positioning and image building.

Mr. Khalid Soorty
Khalid Soorty, Vice President Programming of HUM SITARAY has been associated with HNL since 2011 and has been a part of the media industry for the past 2 decades. After a long run as a freelance producer/director he joined Aaj Tv and was Head of Infotainment and subsequently played a key role as the Coo in the launching of play TV; the first music and lifestyle channel in Pakistan. As Director Features at Dawn News Tv he achieved all targets assigned to him by successfully revamping and restructuring the entire department dynamics, budgets etc., which resulted in high quality programming and, increased profitability.

Khalid Soorty’s experience in developing a diverse programming mix, superlative communication and excellent team building and management skills have made him an intrinsic member of the top management of HNL.

Mr. Mansoor Ahmed
Before joining HNL, Mr. Mansoor Ahmed served PTV for more than 24 years. Currently he is working in the role of Vice President Engineering where he is responsible for the Studios, Master Control Room and Satellite Room functions of Engineering .
Mr. Mansoor is B Tech Honors from N.E.D. University , Karachi . HUM Network has 24/7 Operations where the department acts as a back bone for broad casting for local and international channels. It supports in broadcasting of HUM TV, HUM SITARAY and HUM MASALA for Pakistan. Internationally it facilitates in broadcasting HUM World, HUM MENA and HUM Europe.

Ms Shahnaz Ramzi:
Ms. Shahnaz Ramzi joined HUM Network Ltd as Head of Publications and Public Relations in October 2004 where she is looking after the PR and Publications of the network. She is currently serving as GM Publications and Public Relations and editor of GLAM, Masala TV Food Mag, Masala Cookbooks and Pentene Bridal Couture Week catalogues.

Mr. Nasir Tehrany
Mr. Nasir Tehrany is one of the founding members of HUM Network Limited and has rendered his services for the network since its inception till now. With education from University of Pennsylvania USA, in communication and Media Technology and Master in film technology, Nasir returned to Pakistan in 1996 and immediately made inroads in the advertising industry in Pakistan.
His long association in senior positions with leading advertising agencies provided him the spring board of joining the television industry. He has worked with Indus Television network in the capacity of creative Director/ Director Programs, and established one of the best known production houses of the country.
